REFUND POLICY
1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
We accept order cancellations and modifications strictly within 48 hours of purchase. Once this 48-hour window closes, your TWIN DIP set is committed to our custom production queue. At this point, your order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded prior to physical delivery.
2. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (POST-DELIVERY RETURNS)
Upon physical delivery of your goods, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under European e-commerce regulations to return the product. The item must be completely unused, unopened, in its original premium packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
