TERMS OF SERVICE (EU COMPLIANT)
This website is operated by TWIN DIP. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TWIN DIP, operated under VIRTUAL OWNERSHIP BV. We are registered in Belgium, VAT Number BE 1005 429 438, registered address: Schriekkouterbaan 81, 1860 Meise, Belgium.
1. PRE-ORDER CONTRACT TERMS
By placing a pre-order, you agree to secure your place in our production run. Your payment of €99,99 (or €399,99 for the Bundle) is collected immediately upon checkout to reserve raw materials and production line allocations.
Cancellations and modifications are accepted strictly within 48 hours of purchase. Once this 48-hour window closes, your order enters custom production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded before shipping. Once delivered, you retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day of delivery.
2. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)
You have a legal right under EU law to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VIRTUAL OWNERSHIP BV, Schriekkouterbaan 81, 1860 Meise, Belgium; Email: support@twindip.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. CONFORMITY & WARRANTY
Under EU law, all products purchased from us carry a statutory two-year conformity warranty. If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at support@twindip.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged transit claims.
